Do I have to be there?

While it is not necessary for you to be present, it is always recommended that you make time to join the inspector for our visit. This allows you to observe the inspector, ask questions as you learn about the condition of the home, how its systems work, and how to maintain them. After you have seen the property with our inspector, you will find the written report easier to understand.

How long do inspections usually take?
Generally 2-3 hours.

If you cannot be present, No Worries! The report is very easy to read and informative.
Photos are published within the report to help illustrate, identify, and explain concerns. Many positive, unique or unusual discoveries are documented as well.
If you still have any questions feel free to call us. We are here to help you, and will be happy to do so!
